SUMMARY
When I moved the mouse or stylus, there are times where both of them cannot see
the tool cursor on the canvas moving or sometimes disappearing. Then when I try
drawing and/or erasing, it does not respond at all. This has been happening for
a few days now.
OBSERVED RESULT
Every time I tried drawing something, the cursor just stays still and remains
that way.
EXPECTED RESULT
Drawing Like it was supposed to. Moving and drawing smoothly.
