When a window is opened, the global menu in the panel is not displayed. The
global menu in the window decoration just works fine. When i refocus the window
everything works as expected. The problem does not appear in a xorg session.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open any window with global menu support within a wayland session(GTK or QT)
