SUMMARY
When using the nvidia proprietary driver and the opengl backend 2.0/3.1 for
kwin (on X), there is about a 3 second input delay for opening windows and
flickering across the screen.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable nvidia proprietary driver on g-sync compatible screen.
2. Set allow Flipping to true, Allow G-Sync/G-Sync compatible to true, ensure
Force composition Pipeline and Force Full Composition pipeline are false
3. Open application drawer (note 3 second delay)
OBSERVED RESULT
Lag when opening windows and flickering across the screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
Smooth experience when G-sync is enabled.
