SUMMARY
If kcmshell5 crashes and you fill out the Dr Konqi wizard, trying to submit the
bug produces an error.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Crash kcmshell5 using https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=423111
2. Fill out the wizard
3. Try to submit.
OBSERVED RESULT
I get an error:
Error sending the crash report: /[106] Sorry, either the product kcmshell5 does
not exist or you aren't authorized to enter a bug into it../
EXPECTED RESULT
It gets submitted successfully.
