SUMMARY
There is no `Choose X Everywhere` or `Choose X for All unresolved ...` options
in merge menu.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open kdiff3 with 2 or 3 files to merge.
2. click merge menu
OBSERVED RESULT
There is no `Choose X Everywhere` or `Choose X for All unresolved ...` options
in merge menu.
EXPECTED RESULT
should have all those options.
