When clicking a package, a new panel appears on the right with detailed
information and an "Install" option. There appears to be no way to close this
new panel, without resorting to navigating somewhere else using the panel on
the far left.
(i.e., clicking "< Back" to go up level -- say from "Applications -> Developer
Tools" back to "Applications" -- or clicking one of the top-level categories --
"Applications", "Application Addons", or "Plasma Addons" -- if you happened to
click a package that was listed under "Featured" on the default view.)
