In the tree view there is a Settings folder containing entries for setting
categories. The icons before the entries are missing.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. start umbrello
2. expand settings entry in tree view
3. select menu entry settings -> configure UML...
Actual Results:
In the settings menu there are icons for each category like General, Font, in
the tree view not.
Expected Results:
In the tree view there should be also icons. This has been worked in earlier
versions.
