SUMMARY
Mouse wheel switchdesktop works only in pager since upgrade to qt-5.15.0. Used
to click on empty desktop spot and scroll mouse wheel to switch, now nothing
happens unless hovering over the pager in the status bar. Which package is
responsible for handling desktop scroll wheel? I'd like to investigate how the
Qt upgrade hosed that feature. Not a bug, just a request for information.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on empty spot between windows on desktop
2. Scroll mouse wheel up/down
3. Nothing happens unless cursor is over the pager.
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
Switch desktop forward or backward.
