It's already supposed to do this. A quick test on my system shows that while
Night Color is active, screenshots taken with Spectacle are not tinted. I
gather you're seeing something else?
Can you confirm that:
- You're using Spectacle and not a different screenshot app
- You're using Night Color and not RedShift
- What capture mode you're using in Spectacle
And can you attach an inappropriately tinted screenshot please?
