Selection Tools are only adding selections as if I'm holding the shift key by
default. I can subtract the selection by pressing Alt, but it goes back to
'adding selection' mode when I stop pressing that.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select any selection tool
2. Try to select any area multiple times
