STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. tasks bouncing time too short
2. too easy to miss attention especially for important message(IM APP)
3. provide a way to config tasks bouncing time
OBSERVED RESULT
latte dock tasks bouncing only persist few seconds, it's easy to miss
attention,
EXPECTED RESULT
please provide a option to change how long bouncing effect can be play
