Before and After saving
SUMMARY
If I move a layer group to a new file from another "master file" that contains
vectors the vectors move off to the side after saving the file. Reopening it
produces image below
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy/Paste layer group containing vectors into new file
2. Save
3. Re-open file
OBSERVED RESULT
Vectors move off to the side
EXPECTED RESULT
Vectors not moving position

Windows: 10
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I first had the issue in 1.29 although the previous version I had before that
was 1.25. It's not a one off issue but happens every time.
