SUMMARY
I set animation speed in Desktop Behaviour but it is ignored.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. System Settings
2. Desktop Behaviour
3. animation speed setting by slider
OBSERVED RESULT
Setting animation speed is ignored. Unable increase or decrease animation
speed.
EXPECTED RESULT
I'd want to see the speed animation of desktop effects increase or decrease
