SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDE Neon from iso on an EFI system,
2. Choose xfs filesystem for your root partition on installer
3. After installing it, reboot
OBSERVED RESULT
You get grub command line. You can't boot your fresh installation manually from
grub because there isn't support for xfs.
So if you don't use an external tool from a cd, or reinstall neon using other
filesystem as ext4 yo can't boot to your new system.
EXPECTED RESULT
Boot to your desktop after installation.
