Krita was working perfectly fine however somehow nothing was appearing when i
opened it (see image on link)

I am really unsure on what to do someone please help, thanks.

os: windows 10
Processor: Intel core i5-3330 CPU @ 3.00GHz
Ram: 8Gb
System type: 64-bit
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.I open krita
2. it shows nothing but top toolbar
3.i press 'TAB'
Actual Results:
It goes into windowed mode and have to open task manager to end the task.
Expected Results:
For the program to run normally
