SUMMARY
On mobile devices, there is often not enough space to show the complete list of
contextualActions. The context drawer seems to be scrollable in theory, but
jumps back right after releasing the finger on touch screens.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install angelfish
2. Resize the window to have the ratio of a mobile device in landscape mode
3. try to scroll the context drawer
OBSERVED RESULT
Scrolling is not possible

Scrolling is possible
