SUMMARY
Wifi stuck at "configuring interface" after waken off from hibernation, and
only connects after the system notify "network could not be found".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hibernate the system
2. Turn on
3. Connect to any network
OBSERVED RESULT
Stuck at "configuring interface", and the user can't manually reconnect, must
wait for the system to notified and reconnected the network.
EXPECTED RESULT
The wifi connects normally after hibernation.

Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.6.19-2-MANJARO
