SUMMARY
My localization is not working in the latest git version. In 0.9.1 it was still
working.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install latest latte from git
2. Right click on the dock or panel
OBSERVED RESULT
All settings are in English
EXPECTED RESULT
They should be in the language set as locale
