STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create an album with Google Photos
2. with digikam launch Google export tool
3. select the created album
OBSERVED RESULT
Beside the name of the album there is closed locker, and we can't add photos
with digikam.
EXPECTED RESULT
Beside the name of the album there is an open locker, and we can add photos
with digikam.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In the past when creating an album with digikam was failing we could create an
album with google photos then add photos with digikam.
