SUMMARY
It is hard to contribute to the System Settings component of KDE, because its
"About" dialog window does not contain any links except https://bugs.kde.org
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "System Settings"
2. Click hamburger menu in the top left
3. Click "About System Settings"
