SUMMARY
basically when you increase zoom on hover it becomes a dock
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. go to edit panel
2. apparance >> zoom on hover
OBSERVED RESULT
the panel changes to a dock and applies zoom on hover.
EXPECTED RESULT
the panel stay a panel and applies zoom on hover

Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro KDE 5.19.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
to enable space between the expanded applet/widget and the panel.
this is only available when zoom on hover is enabled.
even when zoom on hover is activated there is no space between the expanded
system tray applet and the panel
