It's more likely to be a tablet driver issue. Please try following things:

- reinstall your tablet driver, restart your PC, check if it works,
- switch Krita to Windows Ink:
https://docs.krita.org/en/contributors_manual/user_support.html#quick-solutions
- and restart your PC and check if it works.

If it still doesn't work, you can ask Huion support for help. They will
probably be able to help you more.
