@Alex have you restarted your PC after switching Krita to Windows Ink in
Configure Krita -> Tablet Settings? While it might be unintuitive, I've heard
on multiple occasions that simple switching Krita to the other API might not
work immediately and need a restart.

If it doesn't work, you can try reinstalling your tablet driver.
