STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. load this bug report with Firefox or Chromium running on Xwayland
2. select and copy any word written here
3. try to paste it into the "Comment" text box
4. if the copied word is pasted as expected, repeat the steps 2 and 3.
At some point the copied word will not be pasted in the "Comment" text box
as it should. Nothing will be pasted or a previously copied text will
be pasted instead.
EXPECTED RESULT
word copied in the step 2 should always be pasted in the step 3
