SUMMARY
Since recently blur started to apper even when it is not supposed to show.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate blur effect
2. change the opacity of a window
OBSERVED RESULT
There is blur under the window
EXPECTED RESULT
To see what's under the window, as it always appened in the past
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.19.3
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.71.0
Qt Version: 5.15.0
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In the attached screenshot, you can see how blur appears under any
semitrransparent windows.
In the top/center, you can see another application, it is a launcher developed
by me.
It uses a 100% transparent window and draws a transparent png over it to render
a shadow.
As you can see, it is blurred as well, leading to a bad appaerance.
