On my Lenovo Pro docking stations, I have one additional monitor connected.
After setting the laptop screen as primary and the additional screen as an
extended screen, I suspend the laptop.
When resuming the session, the laptop monitor is shown correctly. Yet the
second monitor says "no signal", even if kscreen tells me that it is enabled
and working.
The workaround to make the second monitor work again is: Disable the monitor in
kscreen, apply this, enabled the monitor again, apply again.
