SUMMARY
Like the title says, home and delete key don't work, but instead output a ~
(tilde).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Type something in konsole.
2. Press the delete/home key.
OBSERVED RESULT
Prints a ~ at the location of the cursor.
EXPECTED RESULT
Cursor to move to beginning of the text / char to be deleted.
