When I moved some of my vaults (those I wanted to keep) from one system to
another, plus the plasmafaultrc config file, I ended up having entries in the
widget for the missing vaults.
Those now have a red icon and still a mouse pointer with a hand symbol, though
they are not clickable at all. One cannot do interact with those entries.
Instead of tinkering the plasmavaultrc, it would be convenient if the widget
had the an option to either relocate a vault (in case it was just moved) or to
delete the entry from the widget (and thus from plasmavaultrc).
