Bug ID: 425077 Summary: In the KDE connect app files sometimes don't finish sending and sometimes (when many files are being sent) they are displayed as received but are 0B Product: kdeconnect Version: 1.10 Platform: Debian stable OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: android-application Assignee: albertv...@gmail.com Reporter: myndstr...@protonmail.ch Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY When trying to send from Debian10/KDE to Android with KDE Connect files sometimes get stuck so the download bar in the Android doesn't move anymore even though it's still connected. Furthermore, sometimes files are displayed as being sent even though they were apparently aborted and are of 0B. Additionally, this sometimes also appears to occur for files which have been sent (not aborted). I'm relatively sure I also once had a case of a file not being openable on the encrypted SD card but openable later on. These might be separate issues. Is there a log that can help find out what's causing these problems? If not adding such to the Android app and/or the GNU/Linux app would be a issue (feature-request). STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Try to send many large files from Debian10/KDE to Android OBSERVED RESULT See details above. EXPECTED RESULT All files should transfer completely successfully. And if they aren't this should be displayed in the notification on Android. Furthermore, there should be a log that helps to find out problems.
