djvu file and okular file in dolphin
In Okular, when you try to save after adding annotations to a file format that
doesn't support them like .epub or .djvu, it prompts you to save your changes
in a .okular file. This is a very nice feature.
Unfortunately though, .okular don't show previews in Dolphin which is
inconvenient.
It'd be really nice if previews were added for .okular files like they exist
for pictures, videos, documents, blender files, krita files, etc...
