Since you're talking about "reinstalling" I assume that you're using Krita on
Windows? Only Windows users think that reinstalling something can fix
anything... Anyway, you're simply not giving enough information to figure out
what the problem is. Please provide:
* the os and version of the os you're using
* a screenshot of the problem
* if you're on windows, the krita log files in %LOCALAPPDATA%
