STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set panel height to 46px
2. open system tray settings
3. set "Panel icon size" to "Small and enable Weather Report applet in
"Entries" section
OBSERVED RESULT
mis-positioned weather icon, see the attached screenshot please

correctly positioned weather icon
