SUMMARY
Kid3 CLI does not import Synchronized lyrics text. It creates the SYLT frame
but does not actually import the text.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a LRC file
2. Use KID3 CLI to import using command:
set SYLT:'/path/to/lyrics.lrc' 'Lyrics Description'
OBSERVED RESULT
The frame and description is created but the LRC text is not imported.
EXPECTED RESULT
LRC text in the MP3 file
