Bug ID: 364149
Summary: I was working on an art piece and I saved it as a new
krita file. I try and open the file the next day and
it comes up with a message that says that the file
cannot be opened because it's "not a valid Krita file
Product: krita
Version: unspecified
Platform: MS Windows
OS: unspecified
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: minor
Priority: NOR
Component: File formats
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
I was working on an art piece which was already saved as a krita file "group
shot", but after working on it for two hours, I saved it as a new file "group
shot edited". The day after I tried to open the file but it comes up with a
message that says "Could not open Users/xxxx/Desktop/group shot edited.kra
Reason: Not a valid Krita file: C:/Users/xxxx/Desktop/group shot edited.kra",
but for some reason the original "group shot" file can still be open. I tried
again repeatedly the day after and it still does the same thing.
Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open up Krita
2. try to open the "group shot edited file"
3.
Actual Results:
Comes up with the error message
Expected Results:
Loaded up the file and how it looked like the last time I worked on it
