SUMMARY
Global shortcuts defined by user does not work on openSuSE Leap 15.2.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run KDE Menu Editor
2. Set a shortcut keys combination for any application
3. Pressing the keys combination to verify that the shortcut does not work
