SUMMARY
There is no way to set shortcut for launching chrome in incognito as it was
before (some updates). I added manually lines from configs where it does work
to my ~/.config/kglobalshortcutsrc:

[google-chrome.desktop]
_k_friendly_name=Google Chrome
_launch=,,
new-private-window=Meta+I,none,New Incognito Window
new-window=none,none,New Window

But it doesn't work anyway.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install chrome
2. try to add shortcut
