What I see upon opening Dolphin in /home
SUMMARY
Directory icons disappeared in Dolphin. Persists after reopening Dolphin.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I was cutting and pasting a file, then accidentally moved back a folder
using Escape? I believe? I can't test more as it persists after reopening it.
OBSERVED RESULT
See attachment. The colored icons from an extension seem to work, still.
Happens in every directory I move to

The presence of the directory icons.

May be caused by the colored directory icons extension, possibly. I have no
other visual extensions installed.
