SUMMARY
if kscreen2 is enabled monitor will not stay in power save mode
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. enable 'Screen Energy Saving' for monitor
2. ensure 'kscreen2' is enabled
3. wait 'Switch Off After' time interval
OBSERVED RESULT
monitor goes into energy saving mode the turns back on in about 3 seconds
EXPECTED RESULT
monitor should stay off until mouse/keyboard etc activity
