SUMMARY
Some screens go black and are unresponsive after screen is locked or computer
wakes up from sleep.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock screen (timeout?) or choose sleep option manually
2. Wait a moment
3. Login
4. Some screens are black or unresponsive, panel bar in in wrong location,
application bar doesn't display screens from current screen as it should

Fix, one of:

1. Go to display settings, move screens around and save, move screens to
original location and save again.

2. alt+f2 -> plasmashell --replace


When two option above fail:

3. Reboot


It started happening occasionally ~3 weeks ago.
