I tried it with 29.97 and 59.94 fps, and the bug is still there.

However, I'm not sure if it is a bug, maybe it is how kdenlive should work, so
I need some feedback from the developer:
When I open a new clean project, the length of the project should be 0 frames,
so on the top of the timeline I should see "__:__:__,__ / 00:00:00,00" and if I
push the ctrl+end button, it should jump to the end of the project plus one
frame (in order to easier adding a video to the timeline by the "v" button).

So maybe this is intentional to show the length of the project one frame longer
in the timeline, so the "Ctrl+End" and "v" is working perfectly.
However, I think it would be better to show the correct length of the project,
and if the "Ctrl+End" would be pushed, then the cursor would jump to the next
frame after the end of the project.

I attached an image which shows the difference.
