If the crash happens in lcms, then that's for sure a duplicate. Remove one by
one the icc files in window's profile directory
(c:/windows/System32/Spool/Drivers/Color/ or some place like that until you've
found the broken profile.

If you're using lenovo hardware (laptop or monitor), it's probably one of the
lenovo display profiles.
