SUMMARY
The range of default reports in KMM would be much more useful if there was an
option to make them use the financial year settings selected by the user. Some
users might prefer reports that begin on 1st January but for many users each
financial report should in general be based on the financial year.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a default report for a year or years

OBSERVED RESULT
the year begins 1st Jan regardless of any financial year setting
EXPECTED RESULT
user chooses whether 'year' means calendar or financial year as default
