SUMMARY
I have suggestion with a little improvement/usability of sidebar view.
Would be nice to have possibility to open suboption/subitem present in items
list (tool tip) showing when user hover top level item by mouse - please check
attached screen shot.
For sure it would be limited amount of clicking - user no need to open top
level item to get sub option.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start System Settings
2. Hover mouse on any 'top level item'
3. Check tool top with subtoptions
OBSERVED RESULT
No possibility to click into any suboptions present in tool tip after user
hover by mouse any top level item menu in sidebar

Possibility to click into any suboptions present in tool tip after user hover
