I have two monitors plugged to my PC. The smaller (VGA 1280x1024) is rotated
90º and is placed in the left. The bigger (HDMI 1920x1080) is not rotated. I
had my main panel moved to the left edge of my bigger monitor and is
auto-hidded. I added two new empty panels in the left side monitor (the rotated
one). I was working fine with this configuration on OpenSUSE 13.2 till I
upgraded a clean installation of OpenSUSE 42.1.
Now I have a lot of issues, there are:
- My main panel on the left edge of my right side monitor (HDMI) does not
auto-hidde despite that function is activated
- If I add empty panels to left monitor (VGA) they are added like the monitor
were not rotated, that is, the panels have 1280pixels width, overlapping the
right side monitor (HDMI).
- If I try to drag the new panel to the bottom of the rotated monitor (at 1280
pixels from top), it stops just at 1024 pixels, not at 1280 pixels, like it
should be. However, I can move and see my mouse pointer on that area (between
1024 and 1280 pixels) and even place windows in that "gap".
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Rotate second monitor and apply changes
2.Add new panels
Actual Results:
Rotated monitor is showing correctly windows content (rotated 90º), however,
panels and screen limits are acting like that monitor were not rotated.
Expected Results:
To take into account the rotated screen new limits.
