SUMMARY
Clipboard applet becomes unusable if I entered something in the filter and then
clear the history, because the filter field is then disabled but the filtertext
is still displayed and active
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have some entries in the clipboard
2. enter something in the clipboard filter field, like "xyz"
3. clear the history (button beside filter), the filter-textfield becomes
disabled
4. copy some new things (which do not match xyz)
5. the clipboard remains empty because the filter is still active, but the
filter-textfield is still disabled, also no clear-filter-button
