SUMMARY
As we can see in the attached screenshots, text color of a selected time zone
is white in Date & Time kcm and black in Digital Clock settings.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set global theme to Breeze
2. open Date & Time kcm, click on Time Zone tab, select any time zone
3. open Digital Clock settings, click on Time Zones in the left side
EXPECTED RESULT
consistent text color
