SUMMARY
Previous to plasma 5.20, I could set the exact order of icons I wanted in the
icons-only task manager. I usually set: chromium, konsole, dolphin.
Now, since plasma 5.20, launching applications will cause the order to change.
Attached is a before/after; launching spectacle made "konsole" jump to the
first entry on the list.
EXPECTED RESULT
The order that I set is permanent and retained, as with previous plasma
versions.
