Screenrecord of quick sketch in Codepen, to illustrate type of animation I had
in mind

SUMMARY
In all desktops overview mode (the one which is called by default with
CTRL+F8), will be nice to have some scale up animation when hovering cursor
over specific window - it will make it more obvious that clicking on this
window will bring it on top to focus.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open desktop grid with CTRL+F8 hotkey
2. Hover over any specific window

OBSERVED RESULT
No indication that specific window is hovered - user may think that on click
just the highlighted desktop will be focused, and not the hovered window as
well

EXPECTED RESULT
Needs some small animation to highlight the hovered window - I think, little
scale up will fit the best

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Neon: 5.19
Plasma: 5.19.5
KDE Frameworks: 5.74.0
