STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings > workspace behavior > screen locking
2. click on "Configure..." button
3. open "Wallpaper type" combobox and choose "Picture of the day"
OBSERVED RESULT
as we can see in the attached screenshot, the comboxes are not horizontally
aligned
