SUMMARY

I did not find Telegram in the proposed list of bugs, so I am writing to the
Discover product. While installing from Discover Telegram-desktop I am having
problems with the qtbase-abi-5-12-8 dependency. You cannot install
qtbase-abi-5-12-8. sudo apt install qtbase-abi-5-12-8 writes: "The
qtbase-abi-5-12-8 package is virtual, its functions are provided by packages:
libqt5core5a 5.12.8 + dfsg-0ubuntu1 [Not candidate version]. This package
cannot be installed because sudo apt install libqt5core5a 5.12.8 +
dfsg-0ubuntu1 writes "Installation candidate not found".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover 5.19.5.
2. Click install Telegram-desktop.
3. Got a dependency error message.

OBSERVED RESULT
The dependency package libqt5core5a 5.12.8 + dfsg-0ubuntu1 cannot be installed
because "Installation candidate not found".

EXPECTED RESULT
Make it possible to install Telegram-desktop from Discover / terminal and solve
dependency problems.
